Ryan’s Predictions
The Xbox Showcase takes place on June 11 at 10 am PT/1pm ET and for a little fun, we thought we’d take a stab at what we believe could make an appearance. Some of these are likely pie in the sky dreams, but that’s half the fun. Let us know what we got right and what we got wrong following the event.
Starfield Gameplay
The first big reveal is likely going to be Starfield. It’s one of the most anticipated games of the year and the showcase is a perfect opportunity to show off its gameplay. The game’s developers have teased some of its features, including its vast space exploration and character customization, but fans are eager to see it in action. We expect to see a lengthy gameplay demo, perhaps even showcasing a specific mission or quest.
Fable 4
Another game that’s sure to make an appearance is Fable 4. It’s been in development for a while now, and Microsoft has been relatively quiet about it. This is a great opportunity to reignite the hype for the franchise. While we might not get a full gameplay reveal just yet, expect a polished cinematic trailer that provides a better look at the game’s world, characters, and gameplay style.
New Forza Horizon
The Forza Horizon series is a staple of Xbox, and we’re expecting to see a new installment announced at the Showcase.
