Get ready, adventurers! Starting July 1, the thrilling Vulkania Island is officially open in Dofus, and will remain accessible until September 2 at 9 a.m. (CEST). Whether you’re returning for another summer of excitement or visiting for the first time, Vulkania promises challenges, rewards, and unforgettable memories.
A Unique Island Experience Awaits
Located just south of Otomai Island, Vulkania is known for its rare mix of white sandy beaches and molten lava craters. But this island isn’t just about soaking up the sun—it’s a battleground where only the bravest survive.
Two legendary monsters, Grozilla and Grasmera, rule this archipelago. If you’re ready for high-stakes combat and rare loot, this is the place to be. You’ll need more than just your swimsuit—bring your best gear and plenty of Dofus kamas to prepare for battle.
What to Expect This Year
From July 1 onward, players can look forward to a wide range of island-specific content and improved gameplay mechanics:
Island Activities:
- Join the Vulkorog vs. Otomaisle village competition
- Unlock and adopt the exclusive Madreggon mount and Krolimea pet
- Collect the Draconic set for a fiery new look
- Challenge yourself in engaging quests and tasks
- Capture the mighty Grofus
- Unlock more than 50 achievements tied to the island
Key Adjustments:
- In the Crystal Rasha quest, the required crystals are reduced to 20 instead of 30
- Crystal respawn time is now just 2 minutes, making collection faster
- The tile riddle puzzle no longer has gender restrictions, easing access
Grozilla and Grasmera Dungeon Access:
From July 22, all servers will have automatic access to this iconic dungeon, regardless of their Sauroshell collection status. Servers that complete the traditional challenges before this date will gain early entry. Everyone else will be able to join the hunt starting the 22nd.
For additional changes, keep an eye on the official changelog released after the weekly maintenance.
How to Get There
To travel to this epic summer destination, go to Madrestam Harbour at [8, -5] and board the boat to Vulkania. Make sure you’re ready, well-equipped, and stocked up on Dofus kamas—because the challenges on the island won’t be easy, but the rewards are well worth it.
Why You Shouldn’t Miss Vulkania
Vulkania only opens once a year, and it’s one of the few places in Dofus where exclusive pets, mounts, gear, and achievements are available. If you’re looking to level up your character, earn rare items, or simply make the most of the summer season, this event is your best opportunity.
Don’t forget—having enough Dofus kamas on hand will help you gear up efficiently, trade with other adventurers, and complete challenges without delay.
Start your journey today and uncover what Vulkania has to offer. Hidden treasures and unexpected surprises may still await even the most experienced Twelvians.
