R.E.P.O.’s dynamic nature demands players continually enhance their capabilities. The value of these items rises with each shop reset, so knowing their effects is crucial. This guide details all available upgrades and items, explaining their functions.

Upgrades

Upgrades are one-time-use consumables that improve your character’s attributes. They are essential for progressing in each run.

Name Price Range Effect
Small Health Pack $3K-$5K Restores 25HP.
Medium Health Pack $6K-$10K Restores 50HP.
Large Health Pack $9K-$12K Restores 100HP.
Stamina $2K Increases stamina by 10 points.
Sprint Speed $6K-$8K Boosts sprint speed.
Health $6K-$8K Increases maximum health by 20HP.
Strength $6K-$8K Enhances strength, allowing you to lift heavier objects.
Range $6K-$8K Increases the pick-up range (left-click).
Tumble Launch $4K-$5K Extends the distance of your tumble launches (Q by default).
Extra Jump $12K Grants an additional jump.
Map Player Count $11K Displays the location and status of teammates on the map (using Tab). The number of teammates tracked depends on the number of upgrades purchased.

Items

Items are another category of valuable resources that can either be permanent or used once. Knowing their functionality is important for successful runs.

Gun Weapon $46K Shoots projectiles, highly accurate on the first shot, but accuracy decreases with consecutive shots without breaks.
Tranq Gun Weapon $17K Temporarily disables enemies.
Shotgun Weapon $92K Pump-action shotgun with unlimited ammo. The third shot has a swing-back effect, making control challenging. Use “E” to shoot.
Sledge Hammer Weapon $44K-$48K Melee weapon; swing horizontally or during 360 spins for maximum enemy damage and knockback.
Baseball Bat Weapon $24K-$29K Melee weapon with good handling and attack speed.
