The developers of Path of Exile 2 have announced a new reward in the form of a Twitch drop. This time, there is an opportunity for all players to earn an enforcer effect. An enforcer effect is an animation that plays whenever you kill a boss in Path of Exile 2.
In this case, you can get the unique “Executioner Guillotine” effect, which finishes off your enemies when defeated by means of a guillotine falling from the sky.

How do you get the animation?
The Enforcer effect will be distributed via Twitch as a drop. To get it, you must first connect your “Path of Exile 2” account to your Twitch account. To do this, simply go to the linked Path of Exile website and press “Connect” next to Twitch in the “Other Connections” tab. After completion, you should see on the website that your account is connected.
To claim your Drop on Twitch, you’ll need to watch a stream of Path of Exile 2 with Drops enabled at the right time. The Drops will start on March 27 at 8:00 p.m., and the end will be the following day, March 28, at 6:00 a.m. This means you only have 10 hours to earn the Drop.
To secure the Enforcer effect, you must watch a stream from the Twitch category “Path of Exile 2” for at least 2 hours within the 10 hours. Afterwards, you must also claim your reward from your Twitch inventory so that it can be transferred to the game.
What happens if you miss the period?
In the past, many skins, effects, and other Twitch drops were later added to the shop as purchasable items. However, you won’t get them for free there, but have to purchase them as a regular purchase. In the case of the enforcer effects, this can cost between €10 and €18. In addition, it may take a few months or longer for the effect to come to the shop.
In Path of Exile 2, everything is currently under the sign of the new season. The short duration of the reward is also probably aimed at getting viewers to tune in to the announcement livestream of the new expansion “Dawn of the Hunt” on the official channel.
