The first player of Path of Exile 2 has reached the maximum level of 100. But he is not a streamer and his choice of class is also surprising.

The player “heygyus” has managed to be the first to reach the maximum level 100 in Path of Exile 2. The developers at Grinding Gear Games had announced in advance that the path to level 100 in PoE2 would be more difficult and harder than in the predecessor.
How much time “heygyus” needed for his achievement is just as unknown as the identity of the gamer. His profile on the developers’ website (via Pathofexile.com) is private. However, his emblems indicate that he has been playing since at least 2018, as he has the emblem of the “Delve Supporter Pack”, which was available at that time.
In addition, it is known that “heygyus” speaks Russian. This is evident from his forum posts on the official forum from 2020.
What class does he play?
Unlike many other top players who choose the “Stormweaver”, “heygyus” relies on a rather unpopular melee class. He chooses the Monk Invoker, making him the only player in the top 10 with this class. Seven of the ten best professionals rely on the “Stormweaver” (via Pathofexile.com).
A forum post gives some information about the professional’s build. On December 19, 2024, for example, he complained that Path of Exile 2 would crash if you used the Storm Bell ability and wore the “Temporalis Silk Robe” at the same time.
