Vote for Your Favorite Games of 2024 in the iGV People’s Choice Tournament
The year 2024 has delivered a plethora of gaming experiences, from beloved franchises to innovative indie titles. iGV, alongside our partners at Truth, is proud to present the People’s Choice Tournament, where you get to decide the best game of the year. A thrilling bracket system pits 64 of the year’s finest games against each other, culminating in a single champion chosen by the collective gaming community.
Tournament Schedule and How to Vote
The voting process kicks off on December 18th and runs through the end of the year. Each day, matchups are revealed on iGV’s Instagram stories at approximately 3 PM ET/2 PM CT/12 PM PT. You’ll have a 24-hour window to cast your vote for your preferred game in each matchup. Follow the schedule below to ensure you don’t miss a chance to vote for your favorite title:
- Round 1: December 18th
- Round 2: December 20th
- Round 3: December 23rd
- Quarterfinals: December 27th
- Semifinals: December 30th
- Finals: December 31st

Which Games Are Grouped Together?
The 64 nominated games have been randomly placed into four groups. These groupings offer a diverse selection of titles, ensuring each round provides exciting and challenging matchups.
Group 1:
- Heavyweights: Helldivers 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle face off against the up-and-coming indie title Animal Well.
- Popular Sports: The sports games Madden NFL 25, College Football 25, and MLB The Show 24 are in the mix.
