He is followed by over 230,000 people on Twitch and almost 40,000 on YouTube. In his videos, he shows players tips and tricks or addresses topics that are burning on the community’s mind.
In a new video on YouTube, he explains how to properly use the gold in Path of Exile 2 to turn it into valuable items.
How to use your gold correctly
What is the best thing to do with the gold?
If you have leftover gold that you don’t use at all, you can exchange it for random items at NPC Alva. As the YouTuber explains, the amulets are particularly worthwhile here. With the exchange, you can make a lot of currency items from your excess gold. Here’s how to get the most out of it, according to Jessirocks:
- Go to Act 3 (Cruel) and find NPC Alva
- Buy as many amulets as you want
- Use Upgrade Orbs to upgrade your Amulets to yellow rarity
- Put your haul in a storage compartment
- Use the search function at the bottom of the storage compartment to sort the items by good attributes
- Upgrade the items with good stats with Exalt Orbs to make them really valuable
- Sell matching items on the Trade Market for 1 Divine Orb
- If you immediately receive dozens of messages about an item, this item is probably worth more
- Adjusts the price accordingly
Which attributes are valuable at all?
In Path of Exile 2, only very specific stats are considered really good. According to Reddit, the following attributes are perfect for amulets:
- Level of all Spell / Minion / Melee / Projectile Skills +2 or +3
- Spirit between 43 and 50
- Increased spell damage between 23% and 30%
- Maximum mana increased between 150 and 189 or between 7% and 10%
- Maximum health increased between 100 and 149
- Increased Intelligence / Strength / Dexterity between 25 and 33
- Increased resistance to the elements of fire, lightning, and ice 31% – 45%
- Increased Resistance to Chaos Damage 20% – 27%
- Rarity of items found increased 21% – 32%
- All Attributes increased by 19 – 24
- Increased Cast Speed 21% – 28%
- Mana regeneration rate increased by 50% – 69%
If your amulet has one of these attributes, it is worth enchanting with Exalt Orbs to conjure up even more stats on the item.
What happens to bad amulets?
You don’t have to throw away amulets that don’t have good stats. It’s best to turn 3 of your bad amulets into a new amulet at the “Reforging Bench” and follow the steps listed above again.
If you’ve done everything, you’ll have earned some Divine Orbs from your surplus gold with a bit of luck. Uniques can also be included in your amulets. It’s worth doing a little research on the actual prize here, because a real jackpot can be waiting here.
