Heizou’s detective journey didn’t begin with the Tenryou Commission. Initially, he worked alongside Bantan Sango at her detective agency, which eventually became the Bantan Sango Detective Agency known today. Their partnership, however, dissolved due to a fundamental disagreement on the nature of justice and truth.
