WoW Goblins Leaders Revilgaz Marin Noggenfogger Titel Title 1280x720 1 780x438 1

Patch 11.1 of World of Warcraft is all about the Goblin Cartels. But which one is the best? We’ll tell you what you can choose.

Lorenhall is the capital of the goblins and they are known to be divided into cartels. You can encounter a total of 4 cartels in Patch 11.1 Lorenhalt and you have to choose one of the cartels you want to swear allegiance to directly after the introductory quest.

But which cartel is the best? What are the rewards? And is the decision really important?

So that you don’t have to worry about having made a big mistake, we explain everything that is important about the cartels here.

What’s the deal with the cartels?

Cartels are basically new glory factions in Lorenhall. You can earn glory from them and unlock new rewards in the process. However, since the cartels are very tight-knit, you can only serve one cartel at a time – you spurn the others for the time being. After a short introductory quest, you can join a cartel.

Important: Cartels don’t have any rewards that affect the character’s power. It’s all about cosmetic rewards. If you’re only interested in power, the choice of cartel doesn’t matter at all.

Choosing the Goblin Cartel in Lorenhall – These are the differences

There are a total of 4 cartels to choose from. If you swear allegiance to one, you will receive tasks for that cartel for that week. The cartels and their rewards are:

  • Bilgewater Cartel: Red paint for the goblin vehicle, a red hyena mount, a goblin robot battle pet, and a toy that allows you to open a goblin shop in the open world.
  • Steam Pressure Cartel: Green paint for the Goblin Vehicle, a green robot flying mount, a green hyena as a battle pet, and a toy that is an infinite Noggenfogger Elixir.
  • Black Sea AG: Blue paint for the goblin vehicle, a goblin shredder as a mount, a small, blue devil dinosaur robot as a fighting pet and a toy with which you glide over the water (for fishing, for example).
  • Venture Co.: Yellow paint for the goblin vehicle, a yellow goblin rocket as a flying mount, a small yellow gorilla robot as a battle pet, and a circular saw blade toy that you can hurl at other player characters.

Is the choice of Cartel important?

Only to a small extent. Choosing a Cartel is similar to choosing a Covenant in Azj-Kahet. It basically just means that you are putting your Warpack (i.e. all your characters) at the service of a certain Cartel for that week. If you choose a Cartel with one character, this applies to the entire Warpack.

However, the election is only valid for one week at a time. After the next weekly reset, i.e. on Wednesday, you can choose another cartel. You won’t lose the fame you’ve already accumulated. So you can gradually bring the various cartels to maximum fame if you want to. A lot has changed with patch 11.1—especially the classes, because there have been big adjustments.
