All Items in Peak
During your ascent in Peak, you will find a variety of items that can aid your journey. Each item offers unique benefits, applicable in distinct situations. Understanding the function of each item can save you valuable time, helping you decide whether to pick it up or leave it behind. This knowledge becomes particularly important when trying to outrun the encroaching fog. This guide will outline the effects of different item types found within Peak.
Exploration
Exploration items are crucial for navigating the environment and overcoming obstacles. They provide methods for vertical and horizontal traversal, allowing players to access otherwise unreachable areas. Efficient use of these items is key to survival and progression towards the summit. These tools enable players to create paths, recover stamina, and bypass challenging sections of the map. Success in Peak often relies on mastering the utilization of these exploration aids.

Food and Healing
Maintaining your character’s health and stamina is paramount in Peak. Food items restore hunger, while healing items replenish health, remove negative status effects, or revive fallen teammates. Selecting the appropriate healing item for the situation can be the difference between survival and defeat.
