Begin the quest by heading to the Brâkmar Militia at [-25,33] and speaking with Oto Mustam. He is unhappy with Sbab’s cooking and wants to punish her. Oto gives you a letter and requests that you deliver it to Sbab along with some pieces of creatures that she likes.
