The season’s core theme, Resurrection, implies a new beginning, likely with a renewed emphasis on the game’s key mechanics.
Revenant Reborn
Revenant, a fan-favorite legend, has undergone a significant overhaul in Season 18. His abilities have been completely redesigned, promising a unique and potentially more effective playstyle.
- Assassin’s Instinct (Passive): Improved movement and enhanced visibility of low-health enemies. Players will be highlighted in the field of vision.
- Shadow Pounce (Tactical): A new lunge ability, offering greater versatility in flanking or closing the gap on opponents.
- Forged Shadows (Ultimate): Revenant creates a protective shadow shield, allowing for more strategic defense. This ability recharges when Revenant is downed.
Revenant is accessible from the beginning of the season and available for purchase permanently.
New Death Dynasty Collection Event
The “Death Dynasty” Collection Event, lasting two weeks, introduces a limited-time shop filled with 24 cosmetic items. These items share a unified theme, allowing players to create a cohesive in-game aesthetic. Completing the entire shop will unlock a special Heirloom for Revenant. This Heirloom is a significant collectible prize.
The Death Dynasty collection event will reward those who complete every aspect of the shop.
New Resurrection Battle Pass
The Resurrection Battle Pass offers exciting rewards, including an enhanced selection of Apex Packs and noticeable alterations to the coveted reactive weapon skins. These changes promise to keep players engaged and motivated throughout the season’s duration.
