New Features in Tekken Fight Lounge

Defeat five special ghosts to unlock unique fan art character panels. The ghosts will rotate periodically through the month of May.

Ranked Match System Overhaul

1. Matchmaking Enhancements

Matchmaking is now character rank-based, rather than the previous overall Prowess system. An option to only match with players of the same rank is introduced.

2. New Ranks Beyond Destruction God

Eight new ranks have been added, culminating in the highest rank of Ouroboros (∞). The difficulty curve becomes significantly steeper past the Destruction God rank.

3. Rank Reset & Special Titles

Ranks were reset at the start of Season 2. Players will earn a special title based on their highest rank in Season 1.

4. Revised Point System

Victory against higher-ranked opponents awards more points. Conversely, losing to a lower-ranked opponent leads to a greater point loss. Win streak bonuses now max out at Tenryu (Rank 17).

Quick Match & Versus Mode Enhancements

Added the ability to specify rank restrictions for quick match and versus mode. In-battle displays include combo count, damage, and special move indicator like Punish, Clean Hit, Counter and Tornado.

Expanded Practice Mode Features

• New 500m Practice Stage: Designed for testing combos without wall constraints.
• Action After Ukemi Settings: Improved CPU behavior in post-tech roll scenarios.
• Reversal Move List Enhancements: New options for Heat Burst, Blocking, and Movement Commands have been added.

Performance & System Tweaks

Options for V-Sync have been added to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for enhanced responsiveness. Tournament Mode presets have been introduced for better optimization.

Leaderboard & Play Data Reset

Season 1 rankings have been reset. New Season 2 leaderboards are live, with Season 2 play data tracked independently.
