Destiny 2: Season of the Lost Weekly Campaign Activity Guide

Prepare for the Witch Queen expansion with a detailed guide on completing the weekly Season of the Lost campaign activity. This walkthrough breaks down each step, offering clear instructions and avoiding repetition.

Step 1: Mission Cocoon

Begin the weekly campaign by accepting the “Mission Cocoon” quest. You’ll be tasked with assisting Saint-14 in finding Osiris and unraveling the mysteries surrounding his actions in the previous season. This involves battling Hive and Taken forces within the Ascendant Realm. Upon completion, you’ll meet Mara Sov to claim the Wayfinder’s Compass, the season’s key artifact.

Step 2: Travel to the H.E.L.M.

Return to the H.E.L.M. and locate the Wayfinder’s Compass calibration station. Initially, you’ll likely have access to Barrier Reach and Astral Efficiency upgrades. These upgrades are contingent on your Parallax Trajectory currency; 150 for Barrier Reach and 400 for Astral Efficiency. Note the maximum Parallax Trajectory carry limit (1,500). Effectively use this resource to optimize your artifact upgrades and Umbral Engrams.

Important Note: If the quest becomes unresponsive after returning to the Wayfinder’s Compass stand, cancel and restart the quest. The game retains your progress.

Step 3: Speak with Petra Venj

Interact with Petra Venj’s terminal in the H.E.L.M. This will trigger a dialogue sequence. Don’t forget to grab bounties from the Wayfinder’s Compass calibration stand before moving on. This crucial step sets up the next part of the campaign.

Step 4: Complete Astral Alignment

• Astral Alignment is a new 6-player activity, a blend of Blind Well and Override.
• Defend beacons and charge a progress bar by ‘slamming dunk’ batteries.
• This action removes immunity shields from Lost Knights.
• The final phase requires defeating numerous enemies in the Blind Well, leveraging Taken Essence to remove the shield from the boss.

Step 5: Travel back to the H.E.L.M.

After completing Astral Alignment, return to the H.E.L.M. and interact with the Wayfinder’s Compass once more.

Step 6: Travel to Trostland in the EDZ

Head to Trostland in the EDZ. Find Ascendant Anchors by their purple light beams and activate them to gain Parallax Trajectory. Collect the required amount of currency from these Anchors to progress through the next stage of the quest.

Step 7: Enter the Shattered Realm

Locate the Shattered Realm access point within the H.E.L.M.

• Activate beacons while defending them against Taken attacks.
• Strategically position yourself to find and activate beacons, including one within a chapel and another high in the cliffs.
• Align these beacons; this will lead you to the corrupted Techeun.
• Defeat the Hoarfrost Acolytes to lower the Techeun’s shields and eventually defeat her.
• Interact with the waypoint to free the Techeun and complete this stage.

Step 8: Upgrade Wayfinder’s Compass

Return to the H.E.L.M. and purchase the Barrier Breach upgrade for your Wayfinder’s Compass. This upgrade grants the ability to traverse barriers within the Shattered Realm.

Step 9: Speak with Savathûn

Interact with the statue in Mara Sov’s chamber in the H.E.L.M. This initiates a conversation with Savathûn, leading to the next part of the quest.

Step 10: Speak with Ikora Rey

Travel to the tower’s Bazaar area in the H.E.L.M. Speak with Ikora Rey to conclude this week’s Season of the Lost – Wayfinder’s Voyage questline. Congratulations! You’ve finished the weekly campaign.
