You can earn a new, fancy mount in World of Warcraft. We’ll tell you how to get the stylish Wheel of Death.
Since 21.05.2025, the Horrific Visions have been back in World of Warcraft – in a new guise, so that there are also cool rewards for the current endgame of The War Within. However, mounts are much more timeless than enchantments for the head, because they last forever.
You can earn a new one, the Devil Reaver’s Wheel of Death, in the Horrific Visions. Our guide reveals how to do this.
Devil Reaver’s Wheel of Death – Step by Step to a New Motorcycle
You should complete each step in the order listed. Later steps are only possible if the previous steps are completed (with the exception of step 1).
Step 1: The shopping list
Before you start actually earning them, you first have to buy a few materials. You can either get hold of the materials in the auction house or ask fellow craftsmen if they will work through work orders for you. Note that you need the following items at quality level 3. Only the maximum quality works:
- 12x Entropy Amplifier (Engineer)
- 1x Deceptively Real Jumper Cables (Engineer)
- 3x Capricious Wiring (Engineer)
- 1x Recalibrated Safety Switch
- 1x Irresistible Red Button (Engineering, Crafting Order Required!)
- 5x Weaver’s Cloth Magic Thread (Tailor)
- 1x Shining Crystal (Enchanter)
- 1x Stormtouched Weapon Wrap (Leatherworking)
Travel to the Wrath of the Lich King and find the NPC Roxi Ram Rocket, south of K3 at coordinates 41 / 85. From her you buy:
- 4x Goblin Machine Piston
- 1x Elementium-refined exhaust
Step 2: Find the bike
To find the Devil Reaver’s Wheel of Death, you have to go to the Horrific Vision of Stormwind. Here you also have to activate at least one mask to increase the difficulty.
Go to the dwarven quarter and head for the auction house. There you will find the Devil’s Wheel. Attack and “defeat” it so that its owner, Haymar, appears. Defeat Haymar as well so that he drops the Devil’s Wheel as an object.
Interact with the Wheel of Death. This will send the bike to Dornogal and wait for you to repair it.
Head to Dornogal and interact with the wheel to read all 6 clues.
Step 3: Collect the individual parts
Now you have to collect the various Horrific Visions and the necessary parts. For all individual parts, you must have increased the difficulty of the vision with at least one mask.
Components in Orgrimmar
- Void Forged Engine Block: In the Engineer Building in Orgrimmar in the “The Alley” area on the left.
- Voidscarred Boar Skin: Drops in the Completion Crate after defeating Rexxar in Orgrimmar.
- Void Flame Resistant Hide (1 of 2): Drops in the Completion Box after defeating Zekhan in Orgrimmar.
- Tentacle Spokes (1 of 2): Drops from the Completion Crate after defeating Garona in Orgrimmar.
Components in Stormwind
- Magic-Fed Distributors: Located in the entrance area of the auction house in the Stormwind trading district.
- Twisted Skull Scythe Handlebar: Drops in the final crate after defeating Valeera in Stormwind.
- Stripped Void Crystal: Drops from the completion box after defeating Umbric in Stormwind.
- Void Flame Resistant Bellows (2 of 2): Drops in the Completion Crate after defeating Kelsey in Stormwind.
- Tentacle Spokes (2 of 2): Drops in the Completion Box after defeating Wyrmbann in Stormwind.
Step 4: Connect the parts
After that, all you have to do is use the different components to assemble them into the components. If you have all the items from step 1, this should work without any problems. You should end up with the following items in your inventory:
- Void-forged in-line four-cylinder engine
- Wheel of Death Exhaust System
- Skull Scythe Handlebar
- Pulsating Void Crystal
- Death wheel seat made of boar hide
- 2x Void Flame Wheel
Now return to Dornogal with all 7 completed components and interact with the Wheel of Death again. Ready! You will already receive the Devil Reaver’s Wheel of Death and will be able to show off to everyone with the hot motorcycle in the future — at least until everyone rides around with it.
